旅游管理本科专业技能标准探析——以“旅游线路设计技能”为例

An Analysis of Skills Standard of Undergraduates Majoring in Applied Tourism Management——A Case Study in "Planning Skills of Tourist Route"

加快应用型本科专业技能标准的研究和开发,对于推进高校转型和实现教育标准化意义重大。本文以"旅游线路设计技能"为例,探讨了山东省应用型旅游管理本科专业技能标准的开发方法。为了体现应用型本科专业的应用性,进行职业岗位群、典型工作任务和能力分析尤为重要。然后根据专业技能标准开发的总体目标,邀请各类专家一同论证专业技能指标体系,并结合应用型旅游管理本科专业教育的特点和实际,运用课题研讨和德尔菲法等方法,制定出山东省应用型旅游管理本科专业技能评价标准。

It is significant to accelerate the research and development of applied undergraduate professional skills standards for promoting the transformation of colleges and universities and the realization of educational standardization.Taking "tourist route design skills" as an example,this paper discusses the developing methods of the skills standards of undergraduates majoring in applied tourism management in Shandong.In order to embody the application of the applied undergraduate specialty,it is important to carry out the professional post group,the typical work task and the ability analysis.Then,according to the overall goal of developing the professional skill standard,various experts are to be invited to demonstrate the professional skill index system,and according to the characteristics and practice of the undergraduate professional education of applied tourism management,the methods of seminar and Delphy Fa are to be used.Finally,skills evaluation standard of applied tourism management majors in Shandong Province are to be worked out.
