摘要
采用Excel软件开发了精馏塔设计程序,用于化工专业《课程设计》实践教学。通过课程中精馏塔设计方法建立的数学模型,利用Excel平台设计出一套计算程序,其中包含了一些自编VBA代码,可以实现塔板相关数据的自动计算和;并介绍了其主要功能及应用方法,重点阐述了用精馏塔理论塔板数的计算方法。该程序简便实用,经过实例验证,准确无误,具有较强的实用性。
Excel design software was used to develop the distillation tower design program for the practical teaching of the course design of chemical engineering.Through the mathematical model established by the distillation tower design method in the course,a set of calculation program was designed by Excel platform,which contained some selfprogrammed VBA code and could realize the automatic calculation of the relevant data of the tray.Its main functions and the application method were introduced,and the calculation method of the number of plates in the distillation column was focused on.The program was simple and practical.It was verified by examples that it was accurate and has strong practicability.
