摘要
《化工单元操作》与多晶硅生产过程相结合,利用多晶硅生产过程所涉及到的单元操作过程及所用设备,学习《化工单元操作》课程内容。把多晶硅生产过程分解为五个项目,每个项目根据课程涉及知识点设置多个任务。利用任务驱动的方法实施课程教学,并对教学过程和考核过程进行了设计,以提高学生的学习积极性及实践能力。以一种产品生产项目作为知识的载体,使理论性较强、单元分散的《化工单元操作》具体化、系统化。
The course of Chemical Unit Operations combined with polysilicon production process was recommended. The unit operation processes and equipments used in the polysilicon production process were proposed to learn in the course of Chemical Unit Operation.The polysilieon production process was divided into five projects,each of them was set multiple tasks according to the knowledge points in the course.In order to improve the learning motivation and practical ability of students,a method of task-driven was carried out and the teaching process and the assessment process were designed.The course of Chemical Unit Operations with characteristics of theoretical and dispersed process had specific and systematic contents by taking a product production project as a cartier of knowledge.
