填充床中受热面的换热模型

摘要 详细分析了高温填充床与冷却壁面的换热过程,建立了高温填充床与低温壁面传热模型,模型主要考虑了近壁面颗粒和壁面的接触导热热阻以及热边界层中的导热热阻两个环节,并提出了模型中所涉及参数的具体确定方法。模型预测数据与实验数据的比较表明:建立的模型是可信的,可以用于填充床物料冷却过程的冷却管传热系数计算。 Based on processing analysis of the heat transfer between high temperature packed bed and cooling surface,a new heat transfer model from higher temperature bed to lower temperature cooling tube is suggested considering of two essential components including particle contact conductive resistance and conductive resistance inside the thermal layer.And the key parameters in the model are also provided.The comparison between the model prediction and experimental indicates the reliability of the suggested model,which can be used to predict the heat transfer coefficient in packed bed.
