摘要
锅炉性能试验中,试验锅炉进口给水温度偏离设计值时将对锅炉效率产生影响,因此需要进行适当的修正。对国家标准中给水温度对排烟温度的修正公式进行了分析。重点对省煤器在锅炉进水温度发生变化时的工况进行了理论分析,提出了省煤器变工况的计算方法,并在此基础上给出了修正后锅炉排烟温度的计算公式。以某实际锅炉设备为例,对国家标准中计算方法与本文提出的方法的2种计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:试验锅炉给水温度在设计值偏差10℃之内时,修正后的锅炉排烟温度相差较小。给水温度与设计值偏差超过10℃时,建议采用省煤器变工况的计算方法来计算修正后的排烟温度。
During the boiler performance test, the deviation of the boiler feedwater temperature from the design value will have an impact on the boiler efficiency result, and therefore a correction is needed for this condition. The correction formula provided in the National Standard is analyzed. Theoretical analysis is provided for the operation condition of the boiler economizer when the feedwater inlet temperature is changed, and the corresponding calculation method is proposed. The formula of the corrected boiler flue gas exhaust temperature is given accordingly. Based on an example of a certain boiler the calculated corrected flue gas temperatures from National Standard and the method in this article are compared. It’s shown that the difference of the two methods is relatively small when the feedwater temperature deviation is within 10 ℃. When the feedwater temperature deviation exceeds 10 ℃, it’s recommended the proposed correction method in this article be used for the calculation of the corrected flue gas temperature.
