Analysis on the Typical Problems of a 1000 MW Ultra Supercritical Coal-fired Boiler in Commissioning Period

针对新投产的超超临界燃煤直流锅炉在启动调试阶段出现的锅炉冲管、水冷壁超温、煤粉管道堵粉等多个典型问题进行分析。根据异常状况产生原因,从技术、安全角度出发,寻求合理的解决方案,并提出关键点把控以及预防措施。通过调试初步掌握了锅炉的运行特性,同时为同类型锅炉调试及生产运行提供技术参考。

The article presents typical problems of ultra supercritical once-through boilers during start-up commissioning period,including boiler steam blowing,water-wall overheat, pulverized coal piping block and others.According to the reasons of the abnormal conditions, it provides reasonable solutions in respect of technology and security,as well as the key points and preventive measures.The boiler operating characteristics can be seen preliminarily by commissioning,which also offers technical references for the same type boilers commissioning and operating.
