摘要
教学学术思想对于平衡大学教学与科研的关系等具有重要意义。调查发现,大学教师对"教学学术"的认识在不断加深,但"教学学术"实践发展不平衡,成果有待加强,支持与保障机制需要完善。进一步推动教学学术的发展,需要构建和完善教学学术价值认可与行为激励机制、学术交流与共享机制和教师学术能力提升机制等,为教学学术的发展提供动力、平台及技术支持。
The idea of scholarship of teaching and learning is of great significance to keep better balance between teaching and research in universities. The survey found that university teachers have a deeper understanding of scholarship of teaching and learning, but the implementation of scholarship of teaching and learning is unbalanced, the achievements need to be strengthened,and the support system needs to be improved. In order to boost the development of scholarship of teaching and learning, it is necessary to establish teaching academic achievements recognition and incentive mechanism, academic exchange and sharing mechanism and the mechanism of promoting teachers’ academic ability. It could provide power, platform and technical support for the development of scholarship of teaching and learning.
