质量文化视角下高水平应用型本科院校的建设——基于浙江省的实证调查

The Construction of High-standard Applied Undergraduate Universities from the Perspective of Quality Culture:Based on the Empirical Analysis in Zhejiang

高水平应用型本科院校建设代表高等教育发展的一种新定位。质量文化作为一种重要的思路和范式,有助于应用型本科院校实现内涵式发展、提升核心竞争力。基于实证调查发现:立足地方的战略规划与管理机制、面向实践的内部评估与反馈机制、围绕应用的信息数据建设机制以及依托行业的利益相关者参与机制等四项因素,对质量文化成效呈正向显著作用,在推动应用型本科院校朝高水平方向发展至关重要。

The construction of high-standard applied undergraduate universities represents a new trend of higher education development.As an important way of thinking and paradigm,quality culture can promote applied undergraduate universities to achieve connotative development and enhance their core competitiveness.Based on the empirical investigation,it is found that the local strategic planning and management mechanism,the practice oriented internal evaluation and feedback mechanism,information and data construction mechanism around the application,and industry based stakeholder participation mechanism have positive effect on the quality and culture,and are crucial in promoting the development of high-standard applied undergraduate universities.
