涂布车间针对整理车间反馈的情况:医疗干式胶片存在玻璃钢轴芯硌印问题,涂布工段特此建立项目小组进行调查研究,调查结果发现:玻璃钢轴芯表面的卫生情况是直接影响医疗胶片距玻璃钢轴芯的表观情况,为此涂布工段通过各种方法进行处理玻璃钢轴芯上的锡纸和双面胶,通过采取有效的措施,使玻璃钢轴芯卫生得到保证,对上游基材事业部及时反馈片基的质量问题,同时积极处理涂布工段的轴芯卫生,降低车间内部的浪费,给下游整理车间裁切降低成品在轴芯的损失,使医疗胶片的距玻璃钢轴芯硌印问题解决,从而使乐凯医疗科技有限公司的整体生产成本有大幅下降。

Coating workshop specially organized a team to investigate GRP axle core mark of medical dry film which is reflected by the cutting workshop. The results showed that the problem was directly caused by the surface sanitation of GRP axle core. To solve that problem, the coating team used kinds of methods to process the tinfoil and double-side adhesive tape left on the surface of GRP axle core to guarantee the sanitation. Meanwhile, the team didn’t only reflect the film base problem to the upstream sector, base material department, reduced the waste of coating workshop but also lowered the loss of the cutting workshop so as to reduce the whole production cost for Lucky Healthcare Company Limited.
