摘要
建立水胶乳中未反应的单体残留量的顶空-气相色谱法检测,色谱柱采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱,载气为高纯氮气,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),采用内标法定量。在试验的范围内,七种单体均有很好的线性,且相关系数均大于0.999。本分析方法的灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好。
An analytical method was developed for the determination of the residual monomer in water latex by headspace gas chromatography.,In this method ,the HP-INNOWAX capillary column was used to separate various components,the carrier gas was high purity nitrogen,the detector was hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID),and it was quantified by internal standard method.Within the scope of the test,seven kinds of monomer has good linear,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999..The method has good specificity,repeatability and high sensitivity.
