矿井主运煤系统改造方案及优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了保证马脊梁煤矿主煤流运输系统运输能力与新水平煤炭生产能力相匹配,通过加大设备功率、增加带宽、提高设备稳定性等方式提高马脊梁煤矿主煤流系统运输能力,并对方案的各个环节进行优化,以期做到停产改造工程量最小、投资最少、工期最短。研究结果表明:主煤流运输系统改造后运输能力将由1 100 t/h提高至1 800 t/h,每年运量将提高390万t,年销售额增加15亿元;通过对井巷工程改造方案优化,停产改造工期由112 d缩短至50 d;采用完美无谐波高压变频器等先进设备不但提高了设备运行的稳定性,经济效益良好;主煤流运输系统改造后,单月原煤运量突破90万t,主煤流运输系统运量同比提高60%。 In order to ensure that the transportation capacity of the main coal flow transportation system of Majiliang Coal Mine matches the new level of coal production capacity,the transportation capacity of the main coal flow system of Majiliang Coal Mine is improved by increasing equipment power,increasing bandwidth and improving equipment stability.All aspects of the project are optimized in order to achieve the minimum amount of production,the least investment,and the shortest construction period.The research results show that the transportation capacity of the main coal flow transportation system will be increased from 1100t/h to 1800t/h,the annual transportation volume will increase by 3.9 million tons,and the annual sales will increase by 1.5 billion yuan.The scheme is optimized,and the period of shutdown and reconstruction is shortened from 112 days to 50 days.The use of advanced equipment such as perfect harmonicless highvoltage inverter not only improves the stability;of equipment operation,but also has good economic benefits.After the transformation of the main coal flow transportation system,the single-month raw coal transportation The volume exceeded 900,000 tons,and the volume of the main coal flow transportation system increased by 60% year-on-year.
