基于煤堆氧化升温规律的翻烧预警平台研究 被引量:5

摘要 为获得更为精确的长周期煤堆存储的翻烧依据,减少存煤热值测定过程中存在的较大误差波动,以及由此导致的以热值损耗为翻烧依据的不可操作性,基于煤氧化进程中温度为重要的预测表征指标,提出以监控煤堆内部温度决定处理时机的判定准则,通过对不同堆放方式下煤堆氧化升温过程的试验测试,探讨了煤堆氧化进程中内部不同区域的温升规律,为煤堆翻烧预警、热值损耗分析以及自燃防治技术提供科学依据。试验结果表明,煤堆存储升温过程中,存在明显的分段特性,而温度的升高和热值的减少存在良好的相关性。最后依据试验结果建立了煤堆翻烧预警平台。 In order to have the accurate turned over combustion basis of the long period coal pile storage,to reduce the big error fluctuation existed in the heat measuring process of the storage coal and thus cause the inoperability of the heat value consumption as the turned over combustion basis,based on the temperature as the important predicted characteristic index in the coal oxidation process,the paper provided a judging criterion to handle the monitored internal temperature of the coal pile. With the test and measurement of the coal pile oxidation and temperature rising process under the different piling method,the paper had a discussion on the temperature rising law of the internal different area in the coal pile oxidation process and thus the temperature rising law could provide the scientific basis to the early warning of the coal pile turned over combustion,the analysis on the heat value consumption and the prevention technology of the spontaneous combustion. The test results showed that during the temperature rising process of the coal pile,there was obvious sectional features and there a good correlation between the temperature rising and the heat value reduction. Finally,the early warning platform of the coal pile turned over combustion was established according to the test results.
