Investigation and Analysis of Digital Scholarship Services in British University Libraries

英国高校图书馆界开展了数字学术服务的研究与实践探索。文章在分析英国高校图书馆界数字学术服务研究的基础上,调查英国高校图书馆数字学术服务实践,分析英国7所高校图书馆数字学术服务的学科范围、数字学术服务团队及服务内容、数字学术服务中的合作、数字学术服务机构的组成、数字学术服务的方式。并结合我国图书馆界数字学术服务研究与实践进展,对我国高校图书馆提出建议:建立数字学术服务咨询与指导委员会、数字学术服务管理委员会,加强自身服务能力建设,为用户提供数字学术服务并与用户建立合作伙伴关系,合作开展数字学术服务及相关经验的交流学习。

British university library community has carried out research and practical exploration of digital scholarship services.Based on the analysis of digital scholarship service research in the British university library community,the article investigates the practice of digital scholarship services in British university libraries.This article analyzes the subject cope of digital scholarship services,the digital scholarship service team and content of digital scholarship services,the cooperation in digital scholarship services,the organization of digital scholar- ship services,and the ways of digital scholarship services in seven British university libraries.Combining the progress of digital scholarship services research and practice in Chinese university libraries,the article proposes suggestions for Chinese university libraries:establishing a digital scholarship service consulting and steering committee and a digital scholarship service management committee,strengthening the service capacity building in university libraries,providing digital scholarship services for users and establishing partnerships with users, and collaborating to develop digital scholarship services and conducting related experience exchanges and learning.3tabs.1fig.30refs.
