摘要
冰雪旅游是体育旅游中独具特色的以冰雪资源为主要依托的体育旅游的发展类型。北京和张家口获得2022年冬奥会的举办权,对促进京津冀冰雪旅游生态化发展带来了新的契机。主要采用文献资料、实地调查和专家访谈法等研究方法,对北京和张家口冬奥会促进京津冀冰雪旅游生态化发展进行研究,认为,加快旅游生态化的发展,是实现产业转型升级,促进企业绿色经济发展驱动力,对推动京津冀生态文明建设具有重要的作用。要实现其发展的目标,需要在基本框架构建完成的前提下,突出政府在发展中的引导作用、构建完善生态化系统、借冬奥会战略机遇激活产业转型升级推动可持续发展,实现社会、经济和生态效益的平衡发展,全面提升京津冀冰雪旅游产业的国际影响力,为全面建成世界旅游强国提供服务。
Ice and snow tourism is a unique type of sports tourism which is mainly based on ice and snow resources.Beijing and Zhangjiakou have won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,which has brought new opportunities to promote the ecological development of ice and snow tourism in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In this paper,the methods of literature review,field investigation and expert interview are used.The results show that speeding up the ecological development of tourism is the driving force of industrial transformation and upgrading,and of promoting the green economic development of enterprises,and it plays an important role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In order to achieve the development goal, it is necessary to highlight the guiding role of the government,build and improve the ecological system,take advantage of the strategic opportunity of the Winter Olympics to activate industrial transformation and upgrading to promote sustainable development,realize the balanced development of social,economic and ecological benefits, enhance the international influence of the ice and snow tourism industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and provide services for building up a powerful tourism country in the world in an all-round way.
