体育场地资源建设与社会经济协调发展评价研究

Evaluation of Coordinated Development of Sports Venues Resources and Social Economy

遵循评价指标体系构建原则,建构体育场地资源建设、社会经济发展水平评价指标体系。主要运用因子分析方法对体育场地资源建设、社会经济发展水平分别进行评价,在此基础上采用协调发展回归评价模型对体育场地资源建设与社会经济协调发展状况进行评价。结果表明:1)人均场地投资、人均场地面积等6个指标构成体育场地资源建设水平评价指标体系;人均公园绿地面积、人均GDP等9个指标构成社会经济发展水平评价指标体系,评价体系具有一定推广应用价值。2)体育场地资源建设与社会经济不协调的原因各不相同:政府对体育场地资源建设的重视程度不够、体育场地资源建设的财政投入不足。

The purpose of this study was to formulate an evaluation index system of sports venue resources supply and social economy development level by according with the formulation principles of evaluation index system.This study mainly used factor analysis to evaluate the construction of sports venue resources and the level of social economy development.On this basis,the coordinated development regression evaluation model was used to evaluate the coordinated development of sports venue resources and the social economy development.Results:1)Six indexes such as per capita site investment and per capita site area constitute the evaluation index system for the construction level of sports sites;9 indexes,such as per capita park green area and per capita GDP,constitute the evaluation index system for the level of social and economic development.These two evaluation systems have certain value of popularization and application.2)There are many reasons for the lack of coordination between the construction of sports venue resources and the social economy development.Government's neglect on the construction of sports ground resources,the lack of financial investment in the construction of sports sites,the low marketization and socialization of the construction of sports sites,lead to the level of sports field resources lagging behind the level of social and economic development.The backwardness of the construction and development mode of sports venues resources,the insufficient integration of sports venues resources construction and social economy, and the ineffective improvement of the quality and efficiency of sports venues resources lead to the construction level of sports venues resources exceeding the level of social and economic development.3)The coordinated development of sports venue resources construction and social economy is conducive to accelerating the construction of a strong sports country.It is an effective way to promote the coordinated development of sports venue resources construction and social economy in the new era to attach importance to the interests of the masses,insist on reform and innovation,construct the mechanism of resource sharing and improve the mechanism of coordination and supervision.
