腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术前进行MSCT血管三维重建的临床意义

Clinical Significance of MSCT Three Dimensional Reconstruction of Vessel Before Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Left Colon Cancer

目的探讨MSCT血管三维重建在腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术前的应用价值。方法选择60例接受腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术治疗的患者,术前均实施MSCT血管三维重建检查,对术前检查结果进行分析。结果左半结肠癌患者术前MSCT血管三维重建定位的准确率为95.00%,与手术探查定位结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者术中均未出现副损伤,术后未出现严重并发症。结论腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术前为患者实施MSCT血管三维重建,可有效提高手术治疗的安全性。

Objective To explore the application value of MSCT three dimensional reconstruction of vessel before laparoscopic radical resection of left colon cancer.Methods 60cases of patients who received MSCT three dimensional reconstruction of vessel before laparoscopic radical resection of left colon cancer were selected,to analyze the preoperative examination results.Results The positioning accuracy of MSCT three dimensional reconstruction of vessel before surgery was 95.00%,which had no statistical difference with the surgical exploration positioning result (P >0.05).No secondary injury occurred during operation,no serious complications occurred after operation in all patients.Conclusions The application of MSCT three dimensional reconstruction of vessel before laparoscopic radical resection of left colon cancer can effectively improve the safety of surgical treatment.
