腹腔镜与传统手术在胆道结石治疗中的临床效果对比

Comparison on the Clinical Effects of Laparoscopic Surgery and Traditional Surgery in the Treatment of Biliary Calculi

目的探讨胆道结石采用腹腔镜与传统手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 289例胆道结石患者按治疗方式的不同分为两组,观察组196例采用腹腔镜手术,对照组93例采用传统开腹手术,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、术后恢复指标、并发症。结果观察组的术中失血量少于对照组,切口长度小于对照组,手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆道结石可降低并发症发生率,减轻机体创伤,利于患者早期下床活动,促进胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects oflaparoscopic surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment ofbiliary calculi.Methods 289cases of patients with biliary calculi were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.196cases of the observation group received laparoscopic surgery,while 93cases of the control group received traditional open surgery.The surgery related indicators,postoperative recovery indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the incision length was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the operation time,gastrointestinal recovery time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (all P <0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of biliary calculi can reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce body trauma,which is beneficial to patients'early ambulation,promote gastrointestinal function recovery and shorten {he hospitalization time.
