雷火灸配合穴位埋线对顽固性面瘫患者面神经功能、SAS评分、SDS评分影响的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Catgut Implantation at Acupoint on Facial Nerve Function, SAS Score and SDS Score in Patients with Refractory Facial Paralysis

目的探讨雷火灸配合穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫的效果。方法选取60例顽固性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组。对照组采用常规面部针灸治疗,研究组采用雷火灸配合穴位埋线治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的面神经功能一级、二级比例高于对照组,三级与四级比例低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组的SAS、 SDS评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论雷火灸配合穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫患者疗效确切,能够有效改善患者的面神经功能,减轻患者的精神压力。

Objective To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with catgut implantation at acupoint in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.Methods 60cases of patients with refractory facial paralysis were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 30cases in each group.The control group received conventional facial acupuncture therapy,and the study group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with catgut implantation at acupoint.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the proportions of one-level and two-level of facial nerve function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the proportions of three-level and four-level of facial nerve function were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05).After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with catgut implantation at acupoint in the treatment of patients with refractory facial paralysis has exact efficacy,which can effectively improve patients'facial nerve function,and relieve patients'mental stress.
