儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者血清TNF-α、IL-2及VEGF水平变化的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者血清TNF-α和IL-2及VEGF水平的变化。方法选取我院收治的儿童ALL患者60例作为观察组,同时选择同期在我院体检的健康儿童60例作为对照组,比较两组的TNF-α、 IL-2及VEGF水平,比较观察组化疗后复发者与未复发者的血清TNF-α、 IL-2及VEGF水平。结果观察组化疗前的血清TNF-α、 VEGF水平均显著高于对照组, IL-2水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组化疗后的血清TNF-α、 VEGF水平均显著低于化疗前, IL-2水平显著高于化疗前(P <0.05)。观察组化疗6个月后,复发组的TNF-α、 VEGF水平均显著高于未复发组, IL-2水平显著低于未复发组(P <0.05)。结论儿童ALL患者的血清TNF-α、 IL-2及VEGF水平对病情诊断和疗效判定具有一定的临床指导意义。 Objective To observe the changes of serum TNF-α,IL-2and VEGF levels in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Methods 60cases of ALL children admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group,and 60cases of healthy children who received medical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-2and VEGF were compared between the two group,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-2and VEGF between recurrent patients and non-recurrent patients in the observation group after chemotherapy were compared.Results Before chemotherapy,the observation group had significantly higher TNF-α and VEGF levels,and significantly lower II-2level than the control group (P <0.05);After chemotherapy,the observation group had significantly decreased TNF-α and VEGF levels,and significantly increased IL-2level compared with those before chemotherapy (P<0.05). After chemotherapy for 6months in the observation group,the TNF-α and VEGF levels of the recurrent group were significantly higher than those of non-recurrent group,and the IL-2level was significantly lower than that of the non-recurrent group (P <0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-2and VEGF in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia have certain clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis of disease and determination of efficacy.
