孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘(BA)患儿的疗效。方法选择BA患儿120例随机分为联合组和常规组,每组60例。常规组患儿给予布地奈德混悬液吸入治疗,联合组患儿给予布地奈德混悬液吸入联合孟鲁司特钠片口服治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果联合组的总有效率为95.0%,显著高于常规组的78.3%(P <0.05)。治疗后,联合组的TNF-α、 IL-6水平显著低于常规组(P <0.05), IgA、 IgG水平显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗BA患儿可有效抑制炎性介质的释放,增强免疫功能,提高临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma (BA).Methods 120cases of children with BA were randomly divided into two groups equally.The regular group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation,while the combined group was treated with budesonide suspension for inhalation and montelukast sodium tablets by oral administration.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 78.3%of regular group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of combined group were significantly lower than those of regular group (P<0.05),and the levels of IgA and IgG were significantly higher than those of regular group (P<0.05).Conclusions Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with BA can effectively inhibit the release of inflammatory mediator,enhance immune function,and improve clinical efficacy,without the increase of adverse reactiotis.
