饮食管理及吞咽功能评估对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Diet Management and Swallowing Function Assessment on the Rehabilitation of Elderly Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

摘要 目的探讨饮食管理及吞咽功能评估对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的影响。方法 94例老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者根据干预方式分为两组各47例,对照组接受常规入院评估及基础干预,观察组给予饮食管理、吞咽功能评估,比较两组的康复效果。结果观察组的吞咽功能改善总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的74.47%(P <0.05)。观察组的吸入性肺炎发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的17.02%(P <0.05)。观察组干预后的生活质量评分为(78.89±8.72)分,显著优于对照组的(68.42±6.65)分(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者开展饮食管理及吞咽功能评估有助于提升患者的吞咽功能,改善患者的康复质量。 Objective To explore the effect of diet management and swallowing function assessment on the rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 94cases of elderly stroke patients with dysphagia were equally divided into two groups according to the intervention methods.The control group received routine admission assessment and basic intervention,while the observation group received diet management and swallowing function assessment.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of swallowing function improvement of observation group was 93.62%,significantly higher than 74.47%of control group (P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration pneumonia of observation group was 4.26%,significantly lower than 17.02%of control group (P<0.05). After intervention,the life quality score of observation group was (78.89±8.72)points,significantly better than (68.42±6.65)points of control group (P <0.05).Conclusions The application of diet management and swallowing function assessment is helpful to improve the swallowing function and quality of rehabilitation of patients.
