摘要
目的分析皮横纹下横行小切口术治疗小儿腹外疝的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年4月我院收治的162例腹外疝患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组。实验组82例患儿行皮横纹下横行小切口疝囊高位结扎术,对照组80例患儿行传统疝囊高位结扎术,比较两组患儿的手术时间、住院时间、术后下床活动时间、术后日常活动恢复时间以及术后复发率、并发症发生率。结果实验组的手术时间、住院时间、术后下床活动时间、术后日常活动恢复时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组的术后复发率,以及阴囊水肿、切口局部血肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用皮横纹下横行小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹外疝,创伤小,手术时间及住院时间短,患儿术后恢复快,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transverse small incision on skin striation for the treatment of abdominal external hernia in children.Methods 162cases of children with abdominal external hernia admitted to our hospital from May 2016to April 2017were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.82cases of the experimental group were treated with high ligation of hernial sac through transverse small incision on skin striation,while 80cases of the control group were treated with regular high ligation of hernial sac.The surgery time,length of hospital stay,time to get out of bed after surgery,recovery time of daily activities after surgery,postoperative recurrence rate,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgery time, length of hospital stay,time to get out of bed after surgery,and recovery time of daily activities after surgery of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the postoperative recurrence rate,and incidences ofscrotal edema and incision partial hematoma (P>0.05).Conclusions High ligation of hernial sac through transverse small incision on skin striation for the treatment of children with abdominal external hernia has small trauma,short surgery time and length of hospital stay,and fast postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical application.
