针灸结合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症的疗效及价值分析

Efficacy and Value of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Sequelae of Stroke

目的探索针灸结合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症的疗效及价值。方法 100例脑中风后遗症患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组进行针灸治疗,观察组进行针灸结合康复训练治疗,比较两组患者的MBI评分、 VFSS评分、 FIM评分和总有效率。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组, MBI评分、 VFSS评分、 FIM评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论针灸结合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症患者可获得满意效果。

Objective To explore the efficacy and value of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of sequelae of stroke.Methods 100cases of patients with sequelae of stroke were randomly divided into two groups,with 50cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The scores ofMBI,VFSS and FIM,and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of MBI,VFSS and FIM were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical differences (all P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with rehabititation training in the treatment of sequelae of stroke can achieve satisfactory efficacy.
