综合护理干预对精神科重性精神病患者的临床护理效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Psychiatric Patients with Severe Mental Illness

目的探讨综合护理干预对精神科重性精神病患者的临床护理效果。方法 198例重性精神病患者随机均分为两组,对照组实施临床传统护理方案,研究组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组, ADL评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为97.98%,高于对照组的89.90%(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于精神科重性精神病患者中效果显著,有利于消除患者的负性情绪,提高日常生活活动能力,促进良好护患关系。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychiatric patients with severe mental illness.Methods 198patients with severe mental illness were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received traditional clinical nursing scheme,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 97.98%,higher than 89.90%of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in psychiatric patients with severe mental illness has significant effect,which is conducive to eliminating patients' negative emotions,improving the ability of daily living activities,and promoting good nurse-patient relationship.
