摘要
从东经119°2′16″、北纬33°32′47″的湖泊岸边土壤中筛选到一株理想的甲基营养型酵母。该菌呈长圆形,直径3μm,长可以达到5μm,经18SrDNA分析鉴定其为赭色掷孢酵母(Sporobolomyces carnicolor);该菌除可利用甲烷外,亦可利用甲醇、乙醇、葡萄糖、甘油、淀粉等,甲醇是其最佳碳源,最佳浓度为2.0%;采用甲醇-甲烷两段法培养,该菌的OD600值可达到2.1。
We screened an ideal methylotrophic yeast from the soil samples near the campus lake in the east longitude 119°2′16″and north latitude 33°32′47″.SEM analysis shows that the yeast is in an oval shape with the diameter of 3μm and the length of 5μm.Moreover,the yeast is identified to be Sporobolomyces carnicolor by18 SrDNA analysis.Besides utilizing methane,the yeast can also use methanol,ethanol,glucose,glycerol,starch,etc,in which methanol is the optimal carbon source with the concentration of 2.0%.By methanol-methane two-stage culture,the OD600 value of the yeast can reach 2.1.
