摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,以乙醇体积分数、超声温度、料液比为考察因素,以多酚提取率为评价指标,采用响应面法优化无花果多酚的超声辅助提取工艺。确定最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数48%、超声温度38℃、料液比1∶50(g∶mL),在此条件下,多酚提取率为45.42%。
Using ethanol volume fraction,ultrasonic temperature,and solid-liquid ratio as factors,and the extraction rate of polyphenols as an evaluation index,we optimized the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of fig polyphenols by response surface methodologies on the basis of single-factor experiments.The optimal process conditions can be determined as follows:the ethanol volume fraction of 48%,the ultrasonic temperature of 38℃ ,and the solid-liquid ratio of 1:50(g :mL).Under above conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols is 45.42%.
