摘要
根据宜昌中低品位磷矿特点,考察了磷矿中金属离子钾、钠、镁、铁、铝、硅等对磷酸一铵生产的影响,开发了自动配矿系统,保证了高品质磷酸一铵生产对磷矿的要求。通过利用氟硅酸去除钾钠离子、选用芳基磺酸作助沉剂、采用冷空气降温等物理措施,有效去除渣酸中的各种杂质,保证了渣酸有效再利用。通过改进配酸装置和反应器喷口、控制通氨量,开发出单管一步法中和-转鼓造粒工艺。工业试验表明,在磷酸二铵生产设备的基础上,可以实现利用中低品位磷矿生产高品质磷酸一铵。
According to the characteristics of mid - and low - grade phosphate rock in Yichang , we investigatedthe influences of metal ions of potassium , sodium , magnesium , iron , aluminium , and silicon on the production ofmonoammonium phosphate.Moreover , we developed an auto ore proportioning system so that phosphate rock isensured to meet the requirements of manufacturing high quality monoammonium phosphate.Furthermore, weused hydrofluosilicic acid to remove potassium and sodium ions , chose arylsulphonate as a settling agent , andcooled through cold air.With these measures , the impurities of slag acid could be removed and the cleaned slagacid could be reused.We developed a technique of the single pipe reactor - one step neutralization and the rotarydrum granulation process through improving the acid proportion system and the exhaust nozzle diameter,andcontrolling the amount of ammonia.The industrial test results show the production of high qualitymonoammo -nium phosphate with mid - and low - grade phosphate rock can be realized on the basis of the production line of di -ammonium phosphate.
