摘要
本研究利用工业机器人拥有六个自由度和较高控制精度的特点,来开发复杂运动轨迹的汽车部件可靠性试验,并通过自主设计的快换夹具来实现不同加载头对同一样品加载的可靠性试验。
This research utilizes the characteristics of six degrees of freedom and high control precision of industrial robots to develop the reliability test of automobile parts with complex motion trajectories,and realizes the reliability test through the loading of the same sample by different loading heads using self-designed quick-change fixtures.
