高等中医药院校教育综合改革问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of comprehensive education reform in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine

高等中医药教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,近年来随着院校教育综合改革的不断深入,中医药高等教育改革与发展已由规模扩张、数量供给为主步入以提高质量和内涵发展为主的新阶段,呈现出一些可喜局面。但中医药高等教育自身的整体发展水平不高,加上高等教育综合改革涉及面广,存在着诸多的矛盾和问题,综合改革的机遇与挑战并存。本文提出高等中医药院校在实践综合改革的过程中,应着力解决以下几个问题:一是在人才培养方面,要更加注重医教研融合、产学研结合;二是注重传承,重视协同创新;三是注重地方特色的对接与融合。

Higher education of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)is an important part of our higher education.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the comprehensive reform of education in colleges and universities,the reform of TCM higher education has achieved great development from the expansion of scale and the increase of quantity as the main target to the improvement of the quality and content.However,the overall development level of TCM higher education is not high,and the comprehensive reform of higher education involves a wide range of issues.There are both opportunities and challenges in the comprehensive reform of TCM higher education.This paper puts forward that in the course of practicing comprehensive reform,colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should try their best to solve some problems.Firstly,in terms of personnel training,we should pay more attention to the integration of medical learning with teaching and research;secondly,pay attention to inheritance and emphasize collaborative innovation;and thirdly, focus on the connection and integration with local advantages.
