国家级科技成果转移转化示范区建设管理——以山东省示范区建设为例

Construction and Management of National Science and Technology Achievements Transfer and Transformation Demonstration Zone: Taking the Construction of Demonstration Zone in Shandong Province as an Example

围绕我国省级层面如何推进科技成果转移转化示范区建设,以山东省科技成果转移转化示范区建设为例,构建基于要素的科技成果转移转化示范区建设基础评价框架模型,并基于该模型建立示范区分类标准体系,促进科学开展示范区建设的定期评估工作。最后提出加快推进山东省科技成果转移转化示范区建设的几点建议,以期为国内其他省份推进科技成果转移转化示范区建设提供借鉴。

This paper focuses on how to promote the construction of demonstration area of transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements at the provincial level in our country.Taking the construction of the demonstration area for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong province as an example.Based on the model,the classification standard system of demonstration area is established to promote the regular evaluation of demonstration area construction.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to speed up the construction of the demonstration zone for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong province,in order to provide a reference for other provinces in China to promote the construction of the demonstration zone for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
