构建针对特定区域发展的科技服务模式,提出相应保障机制,对促进区域科技服务业稳定快速发展具有重要意义。根据国内外科技服务业发展动态,在明确科技服务业内涵和特征的基础上,针对目前哈长城市群科技服务业发展现状,结合产业生态化理论构建"需求分析—资源匹配—服务对接—评估反馈"良性循环的生态化科技服务模式,并为哈长城市群科技服务业发展提供定制化的发展保障机制。

It is of great significance to construct a scientific and technological service model for the development of a specific region,and put forward a corresponding safeguard mechanism to promote the stable and rapid development of the regional science and technology service industry.According to the development trend of science and technology service industry at home and abroad,and on the basis of defining the connotation and characteristics of science and technology service industry,this paper aims at the present development situation of science and technology service industry in Harbin-Changchun megalopolis.Combined with the theory of industry ecology,this paper constructs a benign cycle of "demand analysis,resource matching,service docking and evaluation feedback",and provides a customized development guarantee mechanism for the development of science and technology service industry in Harbin-Changchun megalopolis.
