摘要
目的观察超声引导下针刀松解及星状神经节触激治疗颈源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将72例颈源性眩晕患者采用数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组采用超声引导下针刀松解及星状神经节触激治疗,对照组采用非直视下针刀松解及星状神经节触激治疗。2组针刀松解治疗均每周1次,星状神经节触激治疗,左右互换,每周2次,2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后两组椎基底动脉血流速度变化,并评定2组临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后椎基底动脉血流速度较前明显改善(P<0.05或0.01);治疗组总有效率为94.4%,优于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下针刀松解及星状神经节触激治疗颈源性眩晕患者能提高临床疗效,较安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle-knife relaxing therapy and stellate ganglion contact stimula- tion guided by ultrasound in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each by digital table method.The treatment group was treated with needle-knife relaxing therapy and stellate ganglion contact stimulation guided by ultrasound,while the control group was treated with needle-knife relaxing therapy and stellate ganglion contact stimulation under non-direct vision.Both groups were treated once a week,with stellate ganglion contact stimulation,exchanged left and right,twice a week,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of treatment.The changes of the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the two groups before and after treatment were investigated,and the clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated.Results:The changes of the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the two groups improved significantly after treatment compared with that before treatment (P<0.05or 0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%,which was better than that of the control group 77.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife relaxing therapy and stellate ganglion stimulation guided by ultrasound can improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with cervical vertigo, which is safer and more reliable.
