师范学院转型发展路径及其机理研究——A校1999~2018年纵向案例研究

摘要 本研究基于典型个案A校1999~2018年的转型发展历程,探讨师范学院转型发展的演化路径及其机理。研究得出,师范学院转型发展的路径可分为:规模扩张为主的转型发展初级阶段,内涵建设、质量提升为主的转型发展成长阶段,生态圈构建、核心竞争力打造为主的转型发展成熟阶段。初级阶段演化机理为,在生存压力下,实施扩张战略,进行资源重构,旨在形成本科教育能力;成长期阶段,动因是发展压力,实施聚焦战略,进行资源优化配置,旨在形成质量建设能力;进入成熟阶段,动因是竞争压力,打造转型发展生态圈,破解优质资源缺乏困境,进而实施特色品牌战略,旨在形成核心竞争力。由此,本研究探索构建了师范学院转型发展生态圈建设路径及其机理模型,并提出有关建议。 Taking the transformation progress of A University between 1999 and 2018as the case study,this study explores the path and mechanism of Normal University's transformation.The research claimed that the path of Normal University's transformation can be classified into the initial stage focusing on scale expansion,the developmental sage focusing on intension development and quality improvement,the mature stage focusing on ecosphere and core competence construction.As for mechanism,Normal Universities implement expansion strategy and reconstruct resource in initial stage under the pressure of survival so as to develop undergraduate education ability.In developmental stage,Normal Universities implement focus strategy and optimize the distribution of resource under the pressure of improvement to develop the ability of building up quality.In mature stage,Normal Universities build transformation ecosphere to solve the problem of resource scarcity and implement special brand strategy under the pressure of competition,aiming to form core competence.In this case,the author explored the ecosphere building path and mechanism of Normal University's transformation,and came up with some suggestions.
