“双习”投入对高校毕业生起薪的影响研究 被引量:2

An Empirical Research of College Students Studying and Internship's returns

摘要 本研究利用北京大学教育学院2015年的"全国高校毕业生就业状况调查"数据,将实习和学习("双习")时间投入同时作为影响起薪的双要素,实证分析大学生"双习"投入对未来毕业生在劳动力市场上起薪的影响。研究发现:在当前的劳动力市场条件下,对大多数毕业生而言,学习投入对起薪的影响更大,大于实习投入;不同群体毕业生的实习和学习投入对于起薪的影响是不同的,实习投入对起薪影响较大的群体多为高职、专科或社会科学类专业的毕业生,就业去向多为资本密集型行业和体制外企业。本文建议大学生应理性进行实习投入,保证投入质量;高等院校应加强对大学生"双习"投入引导上的探索;实习单位应合理对毕业生实习进行信息反馈;政策制定者应当规范市场机制,探索校企合作新模式。 This paper uses the 2015 College Graduates’ employment Survey data of China conducted by the Institute of Education at Peking University to empirically analyze the returns of internship and studying. We found that: under the current labor market condition, the internship’s return for most students is higher than studying which means graduates should not spend too much time either on studying or internship; there are differences in the returns of studying and internship for different types of college graduates;generally, the return of internship is greater than the return of studying for vocational college graduates who get jobs in capital-intensive industries and private enterprises of central regions. This study suggests that college students should avoid blindly spending too much time on both; colleges and universities should strengthen the guidance of graduates; employers should make reasonable feedback and policy makers should standardize the market mechanism and explore a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
