摘要
为解决常规投球式滑套压裂后不能实现全通径、后期储层改造困难的难题,研制了一种新型等通径键槽式滑套分段压裂技术,该技术主要由键槽式滑套和配套的专用打开工具组成,通过逐级投入专用打开工具打开滑套进行压裂施工,压裂结束后专用打开工具可返排出井口或在井内溶解,无需下钻即可实现管柱内的全通径,节省了施工时间和成本。地面实验和模拟入井试验结果表明,打开工具可顺利通过并打开滑套,工具的各项技术指标均满足设计要求,达到了现场应用条件,具有较好的适用性和应用前景,可为非常规油气藏的降本增效开发提供技术支撑。
A new fracturing with equal-diameter keyseat sliding-sleeve was developed to improve the problems of no equal-diameter and post reservoir stimulation limitation that result from eonventional ball fracturing.The major composition of this new technology mainly consists of a keyseat sliding sleeve and a matching sliding-sleeve opener. The sliding-sleeve is opened by dropping special opener into wellbore stage by stage during fracturing operation. The dropped opener can be flowed back or dissolved within wellbore.Equal-dimeter inside the pipe string can be realized by this new fracturing technology without running in, which significantly save operation period and cost. Ground test and run-in simulation indicate that the opener can smoothly pass through and open the sliding sleeve. The corresponding technical indicators meet the design requirements and field application conditions,which shows a favorable applicability and application prospects and could provide certain technieal reference for cost reducing and efficient development of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoir.
