摘要
结合某型百万核电机组汽水分离再热器保温层的设计方案,讨论了保温层设计中的主要问题。选定合适的保温材料,才能计算再热器所需的保温层厚度。计算时,依据传热学原理,可利用允许散热损失厚度法和表面温度厚度法,确定散热损失及外表面的保温温度,再进行初算及验算校正,最终确定再热器保温层的厚度。
This paper discusses the main problems in the design of insulation layer in combination with the design scheme of a certain type of nuclear power unit Moisture Separator and Reheater (MSR)insulation layer.The thickness of the insulation required for the MSR can be calculated by selecting the appropriate insulation material.In the calculation,according to the principle of heat transfer,the heat dissipation loss thickness method and the surface temperature thickness method can be used to determine the heat loss and the heat preservation temperature of the outer surface,and then the initial calculation and the check calculation are performed,and finally the thickness of the MSR insulation layer is determined.
