摘要
在大型火电机组的监控系统(SIS)中,已积累了大量的设备运行数据。采用特定的数据计算方法,建立了可灵活组态的故障预警模型。利用设备运行的历史数据,通过计算和分析,可更迅速地发现设备在运行中的异常变化,从而比DCS控制系统更早地发现运行中存在的问题,实现早期预警设备故障的目的。
Large-scale thermal power unit supervisory information system(SIS)has accumulated a large number of historical data,through specific data calculation method,analysis the historical data with the equipment associated, the fault early warning model with flexible configuration is established.Through this system,it can be more accurate and more sensitive to found the abnormal changes in equipment,and earlier than the DCS and the manual inspection to found the equipment problems.
