巧借情绪感染效应,优化小学体育教学

摘要 情绪感染效应在人际间具有传递信息、沟通思想的功能,在个体的交互过程中,会自动和持续地模仿他人同步的面部表情、动作、声音和姿势,并倾向于时刻捕捉他人的情感变化,这一过程即为情绪感染。在小学体育教学中,教师可通过创造问题情境、动作示范、教学激励及机智处理课堂突发事件等策略产生情绪感染效应,激发学生的积极思维,并获得一种满意的心理感受,从而产生良好的教学效果。
