摘要
[目的/意义]考察澳大利亚中小学图书馆标准演进概况,以期对我国中小学图书馆标准制定和建设等方面提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献分析法和文本分析法,探讨澳大利亚中小学图书馆的"1979年标准""1993年标准""2001年标准""2005年标准"4个全国性标准,其研制和实施反映了澳大利亚中小学图书馆标准发展历程。[结果/结论]梳理澳大利亚中小学图书馆全国性4个标准演进背景、标准概况,从标准的历史作用、标准重点、理念凸显、标准实施4个方面进行分析,得出三点启示:关注我国中小学图书馆标准建设内在问题,多方协同发挥中小学图书馆功能,建构我国中小学图书馆员能力体系标准。
[Purpose/significance] Inspecting the evolution of Australian primary and secondary school library standards,with a view to provide reference and enlightenment for the development and construction of library standards in primary and secondary schools in China.[Method/process]Using literature analysis and text analysis to conduct re- search,Australia has been exploring the issue of library standards for primary and secondary schools since the 1960s.To date,there have been "1979standards 1993standards 2001standards"and "2005standards"four national standards.The development and implementation of standards reflect the development history of Australia's primary and second- ary school library standards.[Result/conclusion]After analyzing the evolutionary background and standard of the four national standards of Australian primary and middle school libraries,especially in the four aspects including the standard historical role,standard focus,concept highlighting and standard implementation,this paper draws three enlightenments: focus on the standards of China's primary and secondary school library Build internal problems;multi-stakeholders playing a synergistic role in the functioning of primary and secondary school libraries;establishing standards for librarians in China's primary and secondary schools.
