摘要
由丙烯酸与对羟基苯磺酸酯化后得到具有双层分散结构的不饱和单体(P1),再与丙烯酸及4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯基醚共聚得到一种低敏感稳定型混凝土流动性能调控剂(P-WD)。试验结果表明,合成的P-WD单体转化率高,且由于其具有的双层分散结构,使其对水泥的适应性良好,对砂含泥量和环境温度不敏感,能使混凝土坍落度在3 h时内具有较佳的稳定性,可满足实际工程应用的需求。
A low sensitive and stable type concrete flow performance regulator(P-WD)is copolymerized by an unsaturated monomer(P1),acrylic acid and 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether.The unsaturated monomer(P1)is a double-layered dispersion structure which is esterified by acrylic acid and p-hydroxybenzene sulphonic acid.The test results show that the monomer conversion of P-WD is high,and because of its double-layered dispersion structure,P-WD has good adaptability to cement,is in- sensitive to sand content and ambient temperature,and can maintain the slump of concrete at a stable level at 3 h,which is very good for practical engineering applications.
