摘要
多排孔砂加气混凝土自保温砌块利用轻骨料堆积技术和添加纳米改性剂,通过改变砌块的结晶方式,从而大幅提高砌块的强度、热工性能和憎水性能。测试结果表明,本体砌块干密度为490 kg/m^3,多排孔砂加气砌块抗压强度为3.7 MPa,符合GB50574—2010《墙体材料应用统一规范》要求。示范工程中复合墙体热阻大于2.7 m^2·K/W,说明砌块无需填充或复合有机保温材料,即可满足节能75%标准对自保温墙体材料的要求。
Multi-row hole sand aerated block using the technology of light aggregate accumulation and added nano-modifier, the mode of crystallization of the block is changed.Strength,thermal performance and hydrophobic performance of the block are improved significantly.The test results show that the dry density of the bulk block is 490kg/m3,and the compressive strength of the multi-row hole sand aerated block is 3.7MPa.which meets the requirements of GB 50574--2010"Uniform code for wall materials application".In the demonstration project,the thermal resistance of the composite wall is greater than 2.7m^2·K/W.It means that the block does not need to be filled or compounded organic thermal insulation material,which can meet the requirements of 75% energy saving standard for self-insulating wall materials.
