可逆加成-断裂链转移沉淀法制备对羟基苯甲酸丁酯分子印迹聚合物及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)沉淀聚合法,制备对羟基苯甲酸丁酯分子印迹聚合物(MIP_R),将其作为固相萃取材料,建立了化妆品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类物质的富集与检测方法。吸附实验结果表明,MIP_R对模板的结合能力高于其结构类似物,印迹效果良好,对对羟基苯甲酸酯类物质具有组选择性。同时,固相萃取实验显示,MIP_R可以选择性富集、纯化对羟基苯甲酸脂类物质,对甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯的加标回收率为81.5%~96.0%,且相对标准偏差≤5.6%。方法检出限范围为0.0185~0.0334μg/g,定量限范围为0.0617~0.111μg/g。可用于复杂化妆品样品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类物质的分离检测。 A molecularly imprinted polymer of parabens was prepared by reversible addition fracture chain transfer(RAFT)precipitation polymerization,and a molecularly imprinted polymer solid phase extraction method combined with high performance liquid chromatography was therefore developed to determine the residues of parabens in cosmetics.The results of adsorption experiments showed that the binding ability of MIPR to the template was higher than its structural analogue.The imprinting effect was good and it had the selectivity to the analogues of phydroxybenzoate.At the same time,solid phase extraction showed that MIPR can selectively enrich and purify parabensfrom cosmetic samples.The recoveries rate were 81.5%-96.0%,and the RSD was less than 5.6%.The detection limits and quantification limits were 0.0185-0.0334/μg/g and 0.0617-0.111μg/g,respectively.The results show that the propsoed method can be used for the separation and detection of parabens in complex cosmetic samples.
