摘要
目的:编制中国军人忠诚量表,检验其信度和效度。方法:建构中国军人忠诚4对象(“党、国家和人民”、“军事职业”、“单位”、“领导”)3因子(情感忠诚、规范忠诚、继续忠诚)理论模型,依照该模型编制中国军人忠诚量表。量表包含4个分量表(对应忠诚的4个对象),每个分量表由3个因子(情感忠诚、规范忠诚、继续忠诚)组成。采用随机抽样法对某部350名被试进行调查。结果:新编量表各分量表总分与因子分的Cronbachα系数为0.845~0.946,分量表总分与因子分之间相关系数为0.200~0.919,分量表得分与离职倾向量表得分呈显著负相关(P<0.01);探索性因子分析的结果与量表编制者的理论构想基本一致。结论:中国军人忠诚量表具有较好的信度和效度。
Objective:To develop the Loyalty Scale for Chinese Servicemen(LSCS),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Constructing the model of the Chinese servicemen'loyalty including four-object("party,state and people" "military occupation""unit""leader")and three-dimension("affective loyalty normative loyalty continuous loyalty"). The LSCS was developed according to the model.The LSCS contained four subscales,corresponding to the objects of loyalty respectively.Each subscale included three dimensions of loyalty.350Chinese servicemen were investigated by random sampling through the LSCS.Results:The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the total scores and the dimension scores of each subscale were 0.845to 0.946.The correlation coefficient between the total score and the dimension scores of the subscale were 0.200to 0.919.There was a significant negative correlation between the LSCS and the Turnover Intention Scale(P<0.01). The results of exploratory factor analysis were basically consistent with the theoretical conception of the scale maker.Conclusion:The Loyalty Scale for Chinese Servicemen has good reliability and validity.
