父母教养方式与研究生职业延迟满足:自我分化的中介作用及城乡差异

Parenting Styles and Vocational Delay of Gratification in Postgraduates:Mediating Effect of Differentiation of Self and Its Rural and Urban Difference

目的:探索自我分化在父母教养方式和职业延迟满足关系中的中介作用及城乡差异。方法:采用父母教养方式问卷(PBI)、自我分化问卷(DSI-R)和职业延迟满足问卷(ODGS)对579名在读研究生进行问卷调查。结果:①职业延迟满足、自我分化和父母教养方式的四维度:关怀、自主性、冷漠,拒绝、过度保护存在显著的相关关系。②父母教养方式的冷漠,拒绝、过度保护分别通过自我分化的中介作用对职业延迟满足产生负面影响,自我分化在关怀与职业延迟满足之间的中介作用在农村群体中成立,在来自城镇的群体中不成立。结论:自我分化在父母教养方式的冷漠,拒绝维度和职业延迟满足以及过度保护和职业延迟满足中存在中介作用;自我分化的中介作用存在城乡差异。

Objective:To explore the mediating effect differentiation of self in the relationship between parenting styles and vocational delay of gratification and the difference between urban and rural areas.Methods:Questionnaires including Parental Bonding Instrument,Differentiation of Self Inventory-Revised and Occupational Delay of Gratification Scale were administrated to 579 postgraduates.Results:Vocational delay of gratification,differentiation of self and four dimensions of parenting styles have significant correlations.The indifference/rejection and over-protection of parenting styles can negatively affect the vocational delay of gratification through the mediating role of differentiation of self.The mediating role between care dimension and vocational delay of gratification was established in rural areas and was not established in urban samples,which indicated that there were differences in urban and rural areas.Conclusion:Differentiation of self plays an intermediary role between indifference/rejection dimension and vocational delay of gratification,and also overproteetion and vocational delay of gratification.The mediating effect has differences in urban and rural areas.
