亲子依恋与青少年外化问题行为:情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用

Parental Attachment and Externalizing Problems of Adolescence:Mediating Effect of Regulatory Emotional Self-efficiency

目的:探究亲子依恋对青少年外化问题行为的影响,并检验情绪调节自我效能感在二者间的中介效应。方法:采用父母与同伴依恋量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表和青少年品行问题行为倾向问卷对广州市1195名中学生进行测量。结果:①父/母子依恋与情绪调节自我效能感呈显著正相关,与青少年外化问题行为呈显著负相关;情绪调节自我效能感与外化问题行为呈显著负相关;②父子依恋和母子依恋均可显著负向预测青少年的外化问题行为;③路径分析结果表明,管理消极情绪效能感在父子依恋与外化问题行为、母子依恋与外化问题行为间均发挥着显著的中介效应。结论:亲子依恋不仅可以直接影响青少年的外化问题行为,还通过管理消极情绪效能感间接发挥作用。

Objective:This paper intends to understand the relationship between parental attachment,emotional regulation self-efficacy and adolescent externalization behavior.Methods:Inventory of parent and peer attachment questionnaire,Emotion regulation self-efficacy scale,and Externalizing problem behavior questionnaire were used to measure 1195 high school students in Guangzhou.Results:①Father/mother attachment was significantly and positively correlated with regulatory emotional self-efficiency,and negatively correlated with externalizing problems behavior.Meanwhile,regulatory emotional self-efficiency was significantly and negatively correlated with externalizing problems behavior.②Both father and mother attachment negatively predicted externalizing behavior problems.③Resuhs of path analysis showed that,pereeived self-efficiency in managing negative emotion significantly mediated between father/mother attachment and externalizing problems behavior.Conclusion:Parental attachment not only directly influences externalizing problems but also indirectly influences externalizing problems through perceived self-efficiency in managing negative emotion.
