抑郁症污名与社会距离:群际焦虑和交往自我效能的多重中介作用

Depression Stigma and Social Distance:Multiple Mediations of Intergroup Anxiety and Contact Self-efficacy

目的:考察抑郁症污名与社会距离之间的关系,进一步探讨群际焦虑和交往自我效能在其中的多重中介作用。方法:采用抑郁症病耻感量表、社会距离量表、交往自我效能量表以及群际焦虑量表对582名高中生进行测量。结果:(1)抑郁症污名与社会距离显著正相关(r=0.384,P<0.01),与群际焦虑显著正相关(r=0.336,P<0.01),与交往自我效能显著负相关(r=-0.294,P<0.01);(2)群际焦虑与社会距离显著正关(r=0.358,P<0.01);(3)交往自我效能与社会距离显著负相关(r=-0.362,P<0.01);(4)路径分析发现,抑郁症污名对社会距离存在直接影响效应为0.23,95%的置信区间为0.077～0.259,抑郁症污名通过群际焦虑和交往自我效能的中介作用影响社会距离,Bootstrap检验结果显示两个中介效应分别为0.082和0.075,95%的置信区间分别为0.048～0.120,0.044～0.114。结论:抑郁症污名直接影响社会距离,群际焦虑和交往自我效能在抑郁症污名与社会距离间起到多重中介作用。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between depression stigma and social distance,and further explore the multiple mediating effects of intergroup anxiety and contact self-efficacy.Methods:582high school students were measured by the depression stigma scale,social distance scale,contact self-efficacy scale and intergroup anxiety scale.Results:①Depression stigma was positively correlated with social distance(z=0.384,P<0.01),and intergroup anxiety (r=0.336,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with contact self-efficacy(r=-0.294,P<0.01);②Intergroup anxiety positively correlated with social distance(r=-0.358,P<0.01),③Contact self-efficacy was negatively correlated with social distance(r=- 0.362,P<0.01);④Bootstrap test showed that the direct effect of depression stigma on social distance was 0.23(95% confidence interval was 0.077~0.259),the indirect effects of intergroup anxiety and contact self-efficacy were 0.082and 0.075 (95% confidence intervals were 0.048~0.120and 0.044~0.114 respectively).Conclusion:Depression stigma affects social distance directly,intergroup anxiety and contact self-efficacy have multiple mediating effects in relation between depression stigma cognition and social distance.
