虚拟现实暴露疗法在创伤后应激障碍治疗中的应用

Application of Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy in the Treatment of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

暴露疗法(Exposure Therapy,ET)是目前治疗创伤后应激障碍最有效的心理疗法之一。随着虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)技术的发展,虚拟现实暴露疗法(Viaual Reality Exposure Therapy,VRET)成为创伤后应激障碍(Posttraumatic Stress Disorder,PTSD)的新兴治疗手段。由于具备传统暴露疗法所欠缺的真实性、实用性、独特性和隐私性等优势,虚拟现实暴露疗法受到研究者和临床工作者的广泛关注。本文总结了近年来国外运用虚拟现实暴露疗法对不同类型创伤后应激障碍进行治疗的相关研究及其与传统暴露疗法的比较研究,对该领域的研究从本土化、提高相关研究方法的严谨性与科学性及增强浸入感三方面提出了具体展望。

Exposure therapy is one of the most effective treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).With the development of virtual reality technology,Virtual reality exposure therapy(VRET)has become a new treatment for PTSD, which has the advantages of authenticity,practicability,uniqueness and privacy that traditional exposure therapy lacks. VRET has been widely concerned by researchers and clinical workers.This paper summarizes the recent foreign studies on the treatment of different types of PTSD by virtual reality exposure therapy and its comparison with traditional exposure therapy.The concrete prospect is put forward from the aspects of localization,improving the scientific rigor of relevant research methods and enhancing the sense of immersion.
