摘要
文本聚焦讨论如何解决"中国学术走出去"与"保护和提升中文学术地位"这一对矛盾。笔者首先分析学术英语化和相关奖励政策的两面性。在此基础上,重新审视2015年年初《文汇报》组织"学术领域内的英汉语之争"的必要性,最后分别从战略和战术两个层面提出解决上述矛盾的建议。
The paper focuses on the contradiction between Chinese academic research going global and the status of Chinese language in academic fields being protected and promoted.It first discusses the advantages/disadvantages of English as a global language in academic fields and the positive/negative impacts of the incentive policies for publishing in English.It then reexamines the necessities of the debate on the competition between the functions of English and Chinese in academic fields organized by Wenhui Daily in 2015.The paper concludes by putting forward two suggestions for resolving the contradiction with one being strategic and the other,tactic.
