京津冀血站血液筛查实验室关键设备配置情况调查

Investigation and analysis of the key testing equipment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region blood screening laboratories

目的了解京津冀地区血站血液筛查实验室(简称血站实验室)关键检测设备的配备情况。探讨不同血站实验室设备状况对血液检测能力的影响,为京津冀地区血液检测质量改进和检测质量同质化建设打下基础。方法向京津冀15家血站实验室发放调查问卷。收集设备配置信息、设备的数目、使用年限和每台设备年承担检测量,分析各实验室血型、ALT、ELISA和核酸检测相关设备使用、设备负荷和更新情况。结果对设备数目统计分析发现,京津冀15家血站实验室的血型、ALT、ELISA和核酸检测设备的配置,能够满足血液检测基本业务需求。但4类关键设备的备用设备配置率分别为33.3%、46.7%、80%和100%;血型检测设备使用年限差异最大,检测量较少的实验室设备更新速度慢;个别实验室配备的设备年平均承担检测量高于同组。结论京津冀地区血站实验室设备配置存在较大差异,缺乏备用设备、设备更新速度慢、设备数目与检测量不匹配是应重点解决的问题。

Object Investing the equipment configuration status of blood screening laboratories in the Beijing-TianjinHebei Region to improve test quality,laying the foundation for the test quality unification program of these laboratories.Method Collected the number,service history and annual test capacity of the equipment via questionnaires. A total of 15 blood screening laboratories in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were enrolled in the survey. The equipment configuration status for blood group,ALT,ELISA and NAT in these laboratories was investigated. Results As for the equipment number,not all laboratories had spare equipment. The Rate of blood group,ALT,ELISA and NAT spare equipment is 33. 3%,46. 7%,80% and 100%. The maximum difference of equipment service period is blood group test equipment due to slower equipment update pace in some laboratories with less test loads. Some laboratories showed an annual average test number higher than the other laboratories. Conclusion There were large differences among equipment configuration status in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei Region. The lack of spare equipment,slow update pace and test capacity deficit are the key issues to be addressed.
