某三甲医院互助献血者负性情绪的质性研究

Cause investigation of negative emotions in voluntary blood donors

目的深入了解互助献血者的内心感受,寻找造成其负性情绪的根源,为进一步制定策略,使互助献血者主动自愿的参加到无偿献血中,营造和谐医患关系提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对20名心脏手术患者的互助献血者进行深入访谈,并采用类属分析法进行资料分析。结果产生3大主题:献血知识缺乏,担心自身健康;互助献血流程存在缺陷,被动参加献血;无偿献血与用血政策不完善,降低献血主动性。结论通过探讨互助献血者负性情绪,剖析无偿献血主动性低的原因,提示医护工作者应通过加强献血知识宣教,优化流程,完善相关政策等措施,提高无偿献血主动性,改善医患关系。

Objective To develop improved understanding of the mental status of blood donors and identify potential causes of negative emotions. We hope this would over insights for further strategies promoting donor recruitment in voluntary blood donation and creating a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods The phenomenological approach in qualitative research was adopted in this study to conduct in-depth interviews with 20 mutual aid blood donors in cardiac surgery patients. The data were analyzed by generic analysis. Results Three main issues were located: The lack of blood donation knowledge and personal health concerns; Defects in the mutual donation procedures leading to unwilling participation; Donation policy issues intimidated donor’s motivations. Conclusion With the facts we found in this study,it is suggested that medical workers enhance the education of blood donation knowledge,optimize procedures and improve related policies,which ultimately helps to promote donors’ motivations and improve doctor-patient relationship.
